This website, raybogman.com, is the personal and professional site of Ray Bogman, based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. It is a static website: it has no user accounts, no login, no comment system, and it sets no tracking cookies of its own.

## What this site collects

**Nothing directly.** There is no contact form that stores your data on this site. If you email [hello@raybogman.com](mailto:hello@raybogman.com) or call, your message is handled personally and used only to reply to you. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

## Third-party services

A small number of external services are used to host and run this site. Each may process technical data such as your IP address:

- **GitHub Pages** (GitHub, Inc.) hosts this site and may log standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) for security purposes. See the [GitHub Pages privacy statement](https://docs.github.com/en/pages/getting-started-with-github-pages/about-github-pages#data-collection).
- **Cloudflare Web Analytics** provides privacy-first, cookieless visitor statistics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and does not track you across sites. See the [Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation](https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/).
- **Font Awesome and Google CDNs** serve icon and script files; your browser requests these directly from their servers.
- **Google Calendar** handles intro-call bookings if you choose to book a call. Anything you enter there is governed by [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

## Cookies

This site sets no cookies itself and uses cookieless analytics. Third-party pages you navigate to (such as the Google Calendar booking page) have their own cookie policies.

## Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data held about you, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Since this site stores no personal data, in practice this applies only to email correspondence — simply ask and it will be deleted.
